The midfielder began his career with Arsenal's academy in 1996 and was promoted to the first team two seasons later, featuring on the bench for some League Cup and Champions League games.

Greg left the Gunners in 2001 and had brief stints at Torquay United, Stevenage Borough and Margate before securing regular game time at Northampton Town.

The former England Under-20 player left the Cobblers after two seasons to play for Redbridge, Chelmsford City, Cambridge City, Thurrock and Aveley before retiring.

Greg was then appointed manager of Thurrock for a short time before he came back to Arsenal – initially as the Under-11s coach. He is currently coaching the Under-14s.
