Centre back Brayden joined us towards the end of last season, having started the campaign at Wolverhampton Wanderers, before featuring once for Newcastle United in the U18 Premier League. He then signed scholarship terms with us in March 2024, and made an excellent early impression. He played the full 90 minutes in eight of our final nine academy league games of the season. The promising defender is a regular for Wales at international youth level, and is the son of former Scotland international midfielder Nigel Quashie.
