A hugely gifted midfielder with bags of energy in the centre of the pitch, Ben made his first-team debut in 2020 as a substitute against Dundalk in the Europa League group stages.
Injury ruled him out of action for much of last season, but he came back to play twice in Premier League 2, scoring a penalty in the 1-1 draw with Derby in January 2022.
An Arsenal player from the age of eight, Ben leads by example on the pitch and has often captained the under-23 side.
