Versatile midfielder Nico has risen through Arsenal’s Academy ranks and is an England youth international.
Comfortable in central defence, right-back or in midfield, the Leytonstone-born teenager made six appearances for the Reserves last season.
He also featured on three occasions for the Under-18s before his campaign was ended prematurely with an injury in January.
He was part of the squad for the 2010 Emirates Cup, but did not make it onto the pitch.
