Luke Freeman joins Yeovil Town on loan
Young striker Luke Freeman has joined League One side Yeovil Town on loan until 1st January 2011.
The 18 year-old England Youth international, who signed professional terms with the Club in April, scored an impressive 16 goals from 24 appearances for Steve Bould's Under 18s last season. Freeman also made 11 appearances for the Reserves, scoring once.
In 2008, the Dartford-born striker joined Arsenal from Gillingham where he made his first team debut aged 15 years and 233 days, making him the Gills' youngest ever player.
In his first season at Arsenal - 2008/2009, Freeman's composure in front of goal saw him notch nine times from just 12 starts, making him the Academy's League top goalscorer.
