Kieran Gibbs says he is ready for the new season after missing six months of last term with a foot injury.
The left-back was injured in a Champions League game against Standard Liege last November and hasn't featured in a competitive match since.
However, the fit-again defender has participated in both of Arsenal's pre-season friendlies this summer and says he's ready for the big kick-off at Anfield on August 15.
"My foot is all fine at the moment and I'm all ready for the new season," he told Arsenal.com in Austria.
"I feel good. My foot's not causing me any problems and there has not been a lot of reaction to the metalwork I had in there.
"I'm still at that stage when I'm just happy to be running and free to play football again."
