Vic has settled into an upstairs position at Arsenal Ladies over the past two seasons, having previously spent 22 years in charge of the first team - during which time the side won a staggering 32 major honours.
A true pioneer in women’s football, he managed the first English team to win the UEFA Women’s Cup (now the Women’s Champions League) in 2006/07.
Nowadays, he oversees all aspects of the Club - working on transfers and liaising closely with the first-team coaching staff.
He remains dedicated to ensuring that Arsenal Ladies sits at the very highest level of women’s football.
Vic is kit manager for the men’s team alongside this role.
