  • I purchased tickets on General Sale and was informed that I would receive them through the post, they have not arrived. What should I do?
  • For UK based addresses;

    Tickets are produced in batches and dispatched in batches. Sometimes, tickets are not dispatched until 4-5 days before a game. In the unlikely event that you have not received your tickets by the day before the game, then please contact the Arsenal Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing, then option 4 to speak to a member of staff) who will arrange a reprint of your tickets which can then be collected on the evening of the game.  The lines are open Mon to Fri 9.30 to 5.

     

    For non UK based addresses:

    Please revisit the Arsenal Ticket Information page and select the relevant game. For each game you will be advised on whether your tickets have been dispatched to your home address or whether your tickets have been dispatched to the Emirates stadium for collection on the evening of the game.

  • Tickets can be purchased online through www.arsenal.com , over the phone by calling + 44 (0) 844 2773625 (for adult tickets) or +44 (0) 207 619 5000 (for Junior Gunner / Family Enclosure tickets), by post, or in person for Silver members only. Lines are open Monday - Friday, 9:30 - 5:00 GMT
