Opening hours and match kick-off times
Club Level provides Platinum Members with the very best environment in Emirates Stadium to enjoy the pre-match build up and the post-match analysis.

All bars and restaurants open approximately two and a half hours before kick-off and remain open up to two hours after final whistle depending on the program of entertainment, including Arsenal TV and other live Premier League matches.

Access Emirates Stadium 
Entry to Emirates Stadium operates through an access card system. You will be issued with one access card per seat for the whole season which will be activated to allow you access to the stadium and Club Level facilities for all first team home fixtures.

Please remember to retain your access cards for use throughout the season. Please contact the Arsenal Premium Memberships team via email at platinum@arsenal.co.uk if you require replacements. Members who attend matches without their access cards may still gain entry at the Club's discretion. A charge of £10.00 per ticket will be made in both circumstances. A form of photographic ID will be required by the member.

Arriving and leaving
There are four entry points around Emirates Stadium which Platinum Members can enter to access Club Level, these are located in the North, South, East and West. Your access card states which entrance you should use to ensure you enter at the nearest point to your seat location.

Complimentary programmes
All Club Level ticket holders are entitled to a complimentary matchday programme. These will be distributed at each of the Club Level entrances with programmes for our disabled Club Level supporters brought over by our matchday team to your designated area.

Complimentary half-time drinks 
Complimentary half-time drinks are available in all bar and restaurant areas at half-time. Drinks include: house wine, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Other drinks can be purchased from the counter bars.

Merchandise Unit
The merchandise unit is currently located next to the Dial Square restaurant on Club Level, stocking a selection of Arsenal merchandise. A more extensive range is stocked in ‘The Armoury', located outside the south-west of the stadium.

Betting
The ‘Gunner Gaming' by Betsson facility is available in the four corner bars and in the Woolwich suite on Club Level.
