Away supporters' policy
Please be advised that away colours are not permitted within Club Level. Whilst we welcome visiting supporters to Club Level, you are advised that the majority of ticket holders are Arsenal fans and, therefore, visiting supporters are asked to act discreetly.
To safeguard all supporters' enjoyment we demand that both home and visiting supporters are respectful to others seated close by. The Club will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards others. Anyone considered doing so will be asked to leave the stadium.
Children
Club Level is designed to be a friendly family environment. However, all children, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to access Club Level and be supervised appropriately at all times.
Dress code
There is no strict dress code on Club Level, however we would request that members and their guests dress smart/casual. Smart jeans and trainers will be permitted, however no away colours will be allowed. Arsenal Football Club reserves the right to refuse entry to those who are not appropriately dressed.
Half-time
For the convenience of all supporters, members and visitors are asked to return to their seats promptly for the kick-off of the second half.
Smoking policy
Emirates Stadium is a no smoking stadium.
Ground regulations
Entry to the Ground is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of the Ground Regulations and the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The F.A. Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition. The Ground Regulations incorporate the Club's Customer Charter. Club Level Ticket Terms and Conditions
Use of your Club Level Ticket will be subject to the Club Level Season Ticket terms and conditions, if you have a season ticket, or the Club Level Ticket Conditions of Issue (Match by Match) if you have purchased a Club Level ticket for an individual game.
