Guest Reserve online ordering service
To place an order for your matchday catering requirements, login to www.guestreserve.co.uk and follow the instructions below. If you are unsure of your username and password please contact your Account Manager on 0845 262 0001.
1. Select an event
Follow the simple on-screen instructions to choose an event on the calendar which will take you through to your menu options.
Use the arrow keys within the calendar to scroll to a different month if necessary.
You will be able to place orders six weeks in advance, up until 2pm, three working days in advance of the event; e.g. for a Saturday match, you will need to place your order by 2pm on Tuesday. If your order is not placed online with us we will assume you have chosen not to have any food or beverage catering for that event.
2. Create order
To create an order, click the button ‘Place an order'.
If you have already submitted an order for an event you have the option to ‘Edit' the order.
After choosing to create or edit an order for a particular event, you will be presented with the menu category options available under ‘My menu'.
Each menu offered will have a name or title and a brief description of what it includes (this will appear once you've selected the menu name/title).
Enter in the quantity of guests dining in the Box, e.g. ten, and add to cart. You can only order the same amount of meals as the maximum dining capacity your Box allows.
As you add menu items to your shopping cart, they will appear on the left hand side of your screen.
Repeat this process to select your beverage items for your private bar in your Box.
All children must be included within the confirmed number of guests dining.
Please Note: you will not be able to select several menus for one event due to the style and limitations on service.
3. Review cart
You may also view the items you have already selected and easily update quantities by clicking ‘View cart' at any time.
To begin the check-out process, click the ‘Check-out' icon. You will be asked for information to help us prepare your individual order and serve you on the day.
5. Submit order
Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you in print version for your reference.
6. Your order has been placed
Now that your order has been placed, payment will be taken from your nominated Credit/Debit card prior to the event or any other payment method agreed between yourself and Delaware North Companied Accounts Department.
