Every season a number of Arsenal players go out on loan to gain valuable first-team experience.
The 2010/11 campaign is no different and fifteen young Gunners have already linked up with their loan clubs.

Benik Afobe came on as a 57th-minute substitute for Huddersfield to help seal a 4-1 win over MK Dons on Tuesday. The Terriers went in front when Anthony Kay pounced in the six-yard box after 24 minutes before Gary Roberts' header doubled their lead. Jordan Rhodes fired home from 20 yards to make it three before Aaron Wilbraham gave the visitors hope 11 minutes after the break. Afobe played a key role in the fourth as he raced clear of the Dons defence before going one-on-one with the goalkeeper and hitting the post. The rebound fell kindly into the path of Rhodes who finished into a virtually empty net. The win moves Huddersfield up to fifth in League One.

Gavin Hoyte played the full 90 minutes for Lincoln as they suffered a heavy 5-0 home defeat against Bury on Tuesday. Andy Haworth’s opener was followed by two goals apiece from Nicky Ajose and Ryan Lowe to leave the Arsenal loanee and his team 19th in League Two.

Thomas Cruise played 24 minutes before being substituted as Carlisle drew 1-1 with Rochdale on Tuesday night. Gary Madine gave the home side the lead when he headed in James Berrett's corner after 20 minutes before Cruise was replaced by Matty Robson. A Gary Jones penalty gave Rochdale a point after Lubo Michalik was adjudged to have fouled Nicky Adams inside the area on the hour mark. The point leaves Greg Abbott’s side ninth in League One and two points outside the play-off places.

Cedric Evina played 83 minutes before being substituted as Oldham let slip a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 with Exeter City on Tuesday night. Paul Dickov’s side raced into a commanding lead when Aidan White, Oumare Tounkara and Chris Taylor made it 3-0 before half time. The fightback didn’t begin until as late as the 77th minute when Richard Logan gave the Grecians hope. Evina was then replaced before Jamie Cureton and Daniel Nardiello rescued a point for the away side as Oldham slip to eighth in League One.

Mark Randall didn’t feature for Rotherham as they drew 2-2 with Northampton on Tuesday. The midfielder is currently enduring a spell on the sidelines after breaking his collarbone during his debut for the League Two side on October 30. Goals from Ryan Taylor and Marcus Marshall put Ronnie Moore’s team in control after just 19 minutes but Abdul Osman pulled a goal back after 23 minutes and then just a minute later Andy Holt equalised. Rotherham drop to fifth in League Two.
