Sao Paulo 1-0 Sport Recife, August 5
Denilson played the whole of Sao Paulo's narrow 1-0 victory over Sport Recife on Sunday. The midfielder did not feature in their 2-0 win over Bahia on Thursday but returned to the side as Ademilson's goal secured all three points for the Serie A club. The victory moves Sao Paulo to sixth in the table.
