On another draw…
We had the lion's share of possession and didn’t create anything so I suppose, at the end of the day, they’ve done well to hold on to 1-1. After last week’s game at Wolves, where we played particularly well, we played some nice football today but it was never hurting. We didn’t look like we could break them down which was disappointing.

On struggling to create many chances…
West Brom backed off and we found it hard to get through, I think we played the wrong way. We should have moved it wider much quicker but we got bogged down in midfield where it’s quite tight. It’s a lesson to learn. I told them at half time, tactically, you’ve got to know how to beat it. Second half we’ve maybe created a few more chances but not really enough with the possession we had.

On the two goals…
It’s a great strike [from West Brom], as soon as he [Thorne] hit it that was in the back on the net. But it’s come from a sloppy throw in that we’ve given away. There was some sloppiness that I was disappointed with. Roarie [Deacon] took his goal well, he hasn’t played for a couple of weeks and he’s come in and got us a goal.

On a difficult period of fixtures ahead…
The whole season has been good and now, when you look at our fixtures over the next six or seven weeks, it’s really tasty. With this young group, it will be interesting to see how they cope with the places that we are going to.
