After watching his Arsenal Reserves side beat their West Ham United counterparts 4-2 on Tuesday night manager Neil Banfield spoke exclusively to Arsenal TV Online.

The Gunners held a 2-0 half-time lead but two penalties saw the Hammers level the game with 12 minutes to go. However further goals from Emmanuel Frimpong and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, who completed his hat-trick, saw Arsenal leave Upton Park with all three points.

However the headline from the game was the inclusion of Sol Campbell in the line-up, and Banfield said it was a pleasure to have him involved.

Subscribers can watch this exclusive interview now. In it, Banfield discusses:

His side's spirit
