on the performance…
Obviously we are delighted to have qualified for the next stage of the competition. We're all really pleased to be involved in a game like that against really good opposition. We want that quality of opposition, because it tests you and gives you problems. We knew when we played them over there how good a side they are, and they were excellent again.

on scoring for first time in four games…
We have been saving the goals up - we knew we would need them at some stage! It is nice to score goals but we had to work hard to get them.

on the turning point of the match…
At 1-1, Reice Charles-Cook made a great save that kept us in the game. That is part of it, you win matches through different types of play and different situations in a game. And that was a great example of a goalkeeper keeping you in it.

on putting the game to bed…
It was good [to score the third and fourth goals] because it put a bit of daylight between us and them, and I always felt we would need it because they looked dangerous. They have two or three real quality players, but credit to our boys, they dealt with it reasonably well. But you always knew with the quality that they have got that they would get another chance. We had that spell where we really dominated, got the goals and could even have had another.

on Zak Ansah scoring on his NextGen debut…
He has obviously only just come back, and it has been a bit of a whirlwind for him really. He went away with the under-21s, then travelled to Greece with the first team and now he is playing in the NextGen and he scored a very important goal for us.

on the team doing themselves justice…
The experience of these games, when you play against intelligent players, are the ones that sharpen you up and give you a bit of an edge. If you are a player capable of learning and being a better player, then these are the sort of games you want to play in.

on who he wants in the knockout stages…
Somewhere warm is the shout from everyone! We are pleased to still be involved in the tournament and we look forward to the next stage.
