Jack Wilshere... appearance against Dynamo Kyiv breaks Arsenal record
Wilshere is youngest European Gunner
Jack Wilshere has become the youngest Arsenal player to represent the Club in European competition.
When he replaced Carlos Vela against Dynamo Kyiv on Tuesday night he set a new mark at 16 years and 329 days.
The previous youngest was Theo Walcott who was 17 years and 129 days when Arsenal played against Dinamo Zagreb at Emirates Stadium on 23 August 2006.
