Arsène Wenger has outlined the terms he wants to be a part of any loan deal for Jack Wilshere.
The Frenchman has already said that a number of clubs are interested in the midfielder and is keen for the 18-year-old to have the opportunity to gain first-team experience at his loan club. Wenger also says he will help advise the midfielder on which team may be best suited to his needs.

"We look to have a guarantee that he will get his chance," he said. "After that, it's down to him to stay in the side.

"I will say to him you have these choices, where do you want to go? He will say 'here' and I can say maybe you will have less chances to play.

"I won't say [who wants him] because the clubs he has not chosen will not be happy. We could let you know tomorrow where he has chosen to go."

The Frenchman has also revealed that there will be no need for a recall option in the deal.

"No [there will be no recall clause]," explained the manager. "I believe he needs experience, to fight for his place somewhere and get a chance to play. We will do that until the end of the season."
