Arsène Wenger believes Norwich City's team ethic is the secret to their success.

Paul Lambert's squad has exceeded expectations since winning promotion to the Premier League last summer and secured top-flight survival some time ago.

Norwich will arrive at Emirates Stadium on Saturday in 14th place after their worst run of the season - three straight defeats. But Wenger is wary of their collective strength.

"It is difficult to pick one [player] out," he told Arsenal Player. "Grant Holt has done very well, Anthony Pilkington as well. It is a team who has done extremely well through the flanks, like Elliott Bennett when he plays, they have all done well.

"I think what strikes you more is that it is a team who has really played like a team with a positive philosophy more than any individual."
