While most of London ground to a halt as a result of heavy snowfall this week, Arsenal’s training remained in full flow.
At Friday’s pre-match press conference, Arsène Wenger discussed his preparations for Sunday’s vital clash with Tottenham and confirmed that, thanks to the technology at Arsenal’s training ground, the weather did not hamper his build-up to the local derby.
“We have the luck to have undersoil heated pitches and therefore we could prepare normally,” said the manager. “We cannot complain about that.”
