Arsène Wenger is predicting a very bright future for Aaron Ramsey.
The Welshman does not turn 18 until Boxing Day but he has already played in an FA Cup Final, earned a full international cap and scored in the Champions League.
Ramsey produced another assured display in that competition when Arsenal beat Dynamo Kyiv to reach the knockout stages in midweek and he could make his 10th appearance since his summer move from Cardiff when the Gunners face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Wenger worked hard to secure the services of Ramsey back in June and he is already seeing a return on his investment. The Frenchman was quick to praise the teenager when his name was mentioned at Friday's pre-match press conference.
"He is 17, nearly 18, and is a player who has personality and a fantastic engine," said Wenger.
"He is always available and doesn’t hide. He has good vision and I believe he will be a very big player in the future.”
