Arsène Wenger has dismissed talk of leaving Arsenal in the strongest terms.

The manager’s quotes in the French press on Saturday suggested the 62-year-old may consider his future at the end of the current campaign if he felt he could not take the team forward.

But, as he celebrated his fifth successive Premier League win, Wenger set out an unequivocal position.

“I have a few more years to go,” he said. “I will stay and that's it. It was a little sentence if you read well.

“I can only speak for me - the Club can decide to get rid of me tomorrow morning and I cannot interfere with that decision - but I am totally committed here and I will show you that at the end of the season.”
