Arsène Wenger is preparing to watch Tuesday's Champions League tie like any other Arsenal fan - from the stands.
The Arsenal manager will serve a one-match suspension when Udinese visit Emirates Stadium for the first leg of a crucial Play-Off and that means he will have no communication with his players before kick-off.
At his pre-match press conference Wenger insisted he would respect the ban.
"I can be in the hotel with the team," he explained, "I just cannot be in the dressing room pre-match so I watch the game from the stands like everybody else.
"I do not want to cheat with the rules but I can watch the game."Copyright 2014 The Arsenal Football Club plc. Permission to use quotations from this article is granted subject to appropriate credit being given to www.arsenal.com as the source 15 Aug 2011
