Arsène Wenger says Cesc Fabregas is "100 per cent" certain to be fit in time for the World Cup.
The Arsenal captain has been ruled out for the rest of the Premier League season with a crack to his right fibula.
The injury led to fears in Spain that the midfielder will not be fit to join the tournament favourites in South Africa.
However, Wenger dispelled those concerns at Friday's press conference, saying Fabregas' World Cup chances are "100 per cent."
"It is a small, small, small crack," he continued.
"It is not a broken bone as we imagine a broken bone. It is a little bit of the bone and that will take four to six weeks maximum."Copyright 2017 The Arsenal Football Club plc.
