Arsène Wenger believes that Eduardo will come back from his injury as good as new.
Speaking at Thursday's AGM, the manager revealed that the Croatian¹s rehabilitation is well ahead of schedule and he could be back in action in as little as three weeks.
Because of the striker's age, Wenger feels that Eduardo should have no problem in making a full recovery from the broken leg and dislocated ankle he suffered at Birmingham back in February.
'There is no reason why he can't be as good as before,' said the Frenchman ahead of Sunday's trip to West Ham.
'He is a very young boy and when you have that kind of injury before the age of 25 you recover and progress normally. That is what the statistics say.
'[If you are older] when you have that kind of injury, it is bye bye to your career. The luck we have is that he's very young.'
