Joel Campbell's next challenge is to add consistency to his game, according to Arsène Wenger.

The Arsenal striker has been on loan with French side Lorient since joining the Club from Deportivo Saprissa last summer and has managed three goals in seven Ligue 1 starts.

Campbell made headlines this week with the winning goal for Costa Rica against Wales in the Gary Speed Memorial Match and Wenger is happy with how the 19-year-old is developing.

"He shows good talent," the manager told Arsenal Player.

"He lacks consistency and that is where he learns his job at the moment. To be a professional is a job and that's what he has to learn."
