Arsène Wenger believes that Bayern Munich are the "logical favourites" to win the Champions League final.

The Bundesliga champions will meet fellow German side Borussia Dortmund in Saturday night’s showpiece occasion at Wembley.

Wenger - whose side beat Bayern 2-0 at the Allianz Arena in March - says Jupp Heynckes’ team are likely to have the edge.

“If you ask me who will be the logical favourite, I would say Bayern because they have the experience of dealing with finals recently,” the manager said.

“They have more maturity because they are older on average age and they also have a psychological advantage over Dortmund because let's not forget they are 22 points ahead in the [Bundesliga] - that is massive.

“So the logical favourite is Bayern Munich, but that does not mean they will win it.”
