Arsène Wenger has hailed the influence of his coaching staff in Arsenal’s strong start to the season.

The Gunners have won their last three games in all competitions and are in confident mood as they head into Sunday’s clash against Manchester City.

Much has been made of the impact of new assistant manager Steve Bould, but Wenger says all his coaches have played their part.

“We have Steve Bould, Neil Banfield and Boro Primorac - they are our three coaches,” he said.

“They contribute very well to our programme in exactly the same way. All three are doing very well.”
