Arsène Wenger will be sticking with his new 4-3-3 formation for the time being at least.
The Frenchman began using the new system in pre-season and obviously liked what he saw. The statistics back up his standpoint; in August Arsenal’s record was P5 W4 D0 L1 F16 A5. Understandably therefore it is set to become a fixture of his side.
“Until now it has been convincing,” Wenger told Arsenal.com. “ It is at least worth persevering with in terms of our offensive [style] and how we play the game.”
