Last season's victory at AC Milan proved that Arsenal can win anywhere, according to Arsène Wenger.

The Frenchman is back in Italy tonight for the first time since his team pulled off a famous win in the San Siro in March of last year. Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Adebayor were on target as Arsenal became the first English club to beat AC Milan on their own ground.

Last month's 1-0 victory over AS Roma at Emirates Stadium means that a draw will take Wenger's side into another Champions League Quarter-Final this evening. The Arsenal manager believes his team has the quality to qualify - even without last year's San Siro heroes.

"As you know, we can win anywhere," said Wenger.

"I believe it’s always down to the quality of our performance. We have to go there trying to win the game and to have a positive attitude.

"Adebayor and Fabregas are good players but we should focus on the players who are available.

"I believe the most important part of any club is the players [who are available] so that’s why we have a big squad."
