Theo Walcott
Walcott - It was the best I have seen us play
After playing 79 minutes for England in Belarus last week, Theo Walcott started Saturday's game against Everton on the bench.
The teenager replaced Kolo Toure at half-time and helped Arsenal turn things around with a scintillating display after the interval. Walcott himself wrapped up the points in injury time as he fired home the third goal from a tight angle.
After the game, the 19-year-old spoke to Arsenal TV Online about the performance. He discussed:
- Arsenal's superb second-half performance
- importance of early second-half equaliser
- understanding his place on the bench
- notching his first League goal of the season
- his 'flying' form
