Theo Walcott is hoping his injury problems are behind him and believes his lack of games so far this season makes him fresh for Arsenal's title challenge run-in.
The English striker is desperate to make it to the World Cup, but says at the moment keeping fit for his Club's Premier League title charge is his main priority.
Back, knee, hamstring and, most recently, rib injuries have restricted Walcott to just five Premier League starts this season. However, the 20-year-old now believes those problems are in the past.
"I feel fit as anything I've felt," he said. "I feel really good now so hopefully I can stay fit and look after myself. I've had such a stop-start season, I've lost so many games I've lost count.
"But I should feel fresh, I felt fresh against Sunderland and the Stoke game isn't until next weekend, so there's plenty of time to recover and start again from there. It will be a difficult game but I do feel fresh.
"When you come back from injury you don't want to put too much pressure on yourself saying you want to play 100 per cent or it won't go your way," he said.
"I've experienced that this year. The boss has spoken to me and he's the best man to listen to I think, especially here. So I listen to him and he says just relax and enjoy it and it will just come."
However, when asked if this summer's World Cup was at the back of his mind, Theo was keen to stress where his priorities lie.
"The first thing is to stay fit now throughout the whole season," he said. "I don't want to have another stop-start now. So that's the main target. And hopefully the international game coming up on March 3 [England v Egypt at Wembley] will give us some sort of idea of the World Cup squad.
"So fingers crossed, hopefully I'll be in that friendly but I'm concentrating on Stoke at the weekend."
