Arsenal's 2008/09 Charity of the Season is the Teenage Cancer Trust, which is devoted to improving the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer.
With the Gunners’ help, the charity will be able to increase its support to young people who are diagnosed by building a unit within a brand new Day Care Centre for cancer patients at University College Hospital, London, due to open in 2012.
Through the ‘Be a Gooner. Be a Giver.’ campaign, the season's target of £300,000 has been smashed and to date over £524,500 has been raised.
With the partnership coming to an end soon, we take a look back at a truly superb season of fundraising.
Our video contains highlights from the year's various events and exclusive interviews with some of Arsenal's first-teamers.
