It's seven weeks since Kieran Gibbs was last seen with a ball at his feet. That was the night Arsenal beat Standard Liege in the Champions League.
In the closing stages of that match, the 20-year-old was the victim of a clumsy challenge which left him with a fractured metatarsal.
Kieran was at Emirates Stadium on Monday - wearing a protective shoe - for the Study Support awards, and he reflected on a difficult spell on the sidelines in an exclusive interview with Arsenal TV Online.
Kieran discussed:
- the latest news on his injury
- dealing with the mental side of his lay-off
- the people who keep his spirits up
- Arsenal's season so far
- Armand Traore's chance at left-back
- his reflections on a breakthrough year
