The draw against Tottenham on Saturday has changed Arsenal's Champions League equation.
Before the North London derby, Arsène Wenger suggested the easiest way to win a seat at Europe's stop table next season came via the Premiership. But the result at the weekend left Arsenal's ambitions for fourth place reliant on a slip up by their near-neighbours.
At least winning the Champions League will be dependent on how Arsenal perform.
"It is in our hands but I don't know [if it is the easiest way]," said Wenger. "It is the shortest way but certainly the most difficult way because you face 90 minutes of an away game and then a Final where, to get in the Champions League, you have to win. You are not in the Champions League if you just get to the Final.
"But I still think we have a chance that Tottenham will get one draw out of their two games. We can still be on top of them."
