As part of Arsenal's continuous work to enhance the flexibility season ticket holders have around how they use their seat at Emirates Stadium if unable to attend a match, the Club is pleased to announce a new development to its Ticket Exchange facility.

The Arsenal Ticket Exchange now gives season ticket holders who cannot attend a game the ability to sell their ticket directly to another Club member of their choice, once the fixture has sold out. Supporters can sell their ticket in a safe and secure online transaction, while also having the option through Ticket Transfer to forward their ticket to a family member or friend of choice at no cost to the recipient*, as announced last week.

Over the coming weeks the Club will also be introducing a further improvement to Ticket Exchange, regarding how members can access funds accrued through the service. Once a ticket has been sold members will have the ability to draw the money directly into their bank account, or as is currently the case it will be put towards the season ticket renewal fee for the 2014/15 campaign.

These enhancements are a part of the Club’s plans to ensure as many fans as possible have the chance to watch Arsenal play at Emirates Stadium.

Over the past 18 months the Club has announced 90,000 cheaper tickets for fans after re-categorising match tickets, introduced the ‘Young Guns Enclosure’ - an area in Emirates Stadium where children aged between 12 and 16 can buy tickets for just £10 to weekend category B and C matches - and continued its policy of offering reduced price tickets for League Cup matches at Emirates Stadium with adult tickets from £10 and concessions priced from £5.

Further details will be announced soon via Arsenal.com, where supporters can also find full information around the ticket enhancement work being undertaken at the Club.
