Jay Emmanuel-Thomas could not have wished for much more from the past 12 months.
He captained Arsenal's Under-18s to the Academy League and Youth Cup double and did his reputation no harm with a string of powerful displays.
Now Jay wants to push on and take the next step in his Arsenal career. We caught up with him after Tuesday's win at Maidenhead for an exclusive interview. He discussed:
