Arsène Wenger has made two changes to his starting XI for the visit of Olympiacos - bringing in Francis Coquelin and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

With Abou Diaby ruled out with a thigh injury, France Under-21 international Coquelin replaces him in midfield for the clash against the Greek champions.

Aaron Ramsey, meanwhile, drops to the bench in favour of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Elsewhere, Mikel Arteta has passed a fitness test and lines up alongside Santi Cazorla and Coquelin in midfield.

Per Mertesacker misses out through illness, while Andrey Arshavin and James Shea are named on the bench.

Team in full: Mannone, Jenkinson, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Arteta, Coquelin, Cazorla, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Gervinho, Podolski.

Subs: Shea, Santos, Djourou, Ramsey, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott, Giroud.
