Sol Campbell does not start at the Nou Camp tonight.
The defender had been struggling with a hamstring problem and Arsène Wenger has not deemed him fit enough to start against Barcelona.
However Tomas Rosicky, who was rated as 50:50 to make the clash, does start.
He joins Nicklas Bendtner and Theo Walcott in the Arsenal attack for the Champions League Quarter-Final second leg.
Gael Clichy, Abou Diaby and Samir Nasri return having been rested against Wolves on Saturday.
