Bacary Sagna expects Arsenal to learn a valuable lesson from Tuesday night when they face West Ham this weekend.

The French right-back admits the team “switched off” when they let a lead slip in stoppage time at AZ Alkmaar and he won’t let that happen again at Upton Park.

Bacary spoke to Arsenal TV Online ahead of Sunday’s London derby. He discussed:

  • Arsène Wenger’s 60th birthday
  • what the boss is like on the training pitch
  • the direction of Arsenal’s season
  • that tendency to ‘switch off’
  • West Ham’s early-season struggles
  • Arsenal’s improved record against bottom-half clubs
  • the influence of Andrey Arshavin
