Arsène Wenger faced the media on Friday ahead of the Premier League clash with Reading.

Here's a round-up of some of the manager's quotes. For the main headlines, visit our Digest page:

on any deal for Thierry Henry…
I cannot tell you anything about it because nothing has happened.

on netting at grounds…
I am completely against it because one of the charms of the English game is the atmosphere and that you can shake the hands of the supporters when you take a corner. Unfortunately that looks like it is slowly disappearing because the rules have changed, the security rules have altered that. When you build a new stadium, the minimum distance is nine metres between the touchline and the first supporter. So I think it is already big. What we have to control is people's behaviour and encourage them to be fair to everybody and be respectful. You do not want to kill the atmosphere and the closeness of people with the team.
