Table tennis star Will Bayley, sitting volleyball hopeful Rob Richardson and wheelchair tennis player Marc McCarroll will all represent Great Britain at the Games.
Elsewhere, talented wheelchair athlete David Weir MBE heads into several events as a firm favourite.
Weir won Beijing golds in the 800m T54 and 1500m T54 and will be defending both titles. The 33-year-old will also be competing in the men's marathon and 5,000m T54.
