on the importance of the victory…
We were quite nervous in the second half but Robin saved the win.

on the role of Robin van Persie…
We are very happy to have him here with us. He can score every time in the game - right foot or left foot. He is unbelievably important for us in our game. If he scores goals we will be successful.

on the team's nerves…
We lose our confidence a little bit. We have a team which has new players in three or four positions and I think we have to take our time. But if we are coming back like this then I think our confidence will increase.

on confidence helping the team…
It is the most important thing. If you look at the second half there was a little bit of nervousness but we were confident, created chances and they were forced into a lot of faults around the box. It takes time to score a goal. We are very happy.

on getting used to defensive teams at Emirates Stadium…
We have to get used to that. It is a problem but we have won every game at Emirates Stadium since I have been here. That is a good thing; for the confidence and for everybody and we have to go on.

on him improving game by game…

I had to adapt very quickly. It has not been so easy but every game helps me and helps the team to get up to the next level. It is important to improve the performances. It is getting there slowly but I am very happy to be a part of Arsenal.

on Marseille…
We are looking forward to the game, of course. It's an away game which is very tough. I think the team has to recover very quickly. Wednesday is a very important game for the group, so let's see.
