Matthew McSweeney from Eltham in London was Arsenal's mascot for the Carling Cup match against Reading at Highbury on 29 November, 2005.
The 13-year-old met the Arsenal squad before the match and led the team out at Highbury before having his picture taken with Pascal Cygan.
Arsenal won 3-0 thanks to goals by Jose Antonio Reyes, Robin Van Persie and Arturo Lupoli.
In his spare time Matthew enjoys watching TV and listening to music. His favourite player is Thierry Henry.
Matthew has been an Arsenal supporter all his life and loves playing football with his sister at weekends.
