Andre Santos scored his first Gremio goal in their 3-0 win over Fluminese. The full back netted his side’s second goal, tapping home from six yards.
Crewe Alexandra 0-2 Coventry City (3-2 on aggregate)

Chuks Aneke played 90 minutes as Crewe reached the final of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy after beating fellow League One side Coventry City 3-2 on aggregate.
Sao Caetano 2-4 Sao Paulo

Denilson played the full game as Sao Paulo came from 2-1 down to beat Sao Caetano 4-2.
Millwall 1-5 Peterborough United

Benik Afobe started and was substituted at half time as Millwall were comprehensively beaten by Peterborough.
Chelmsford City 1-1 Havant & Waterlooville

Reice Charles-Cook was not in the Chelmsford squad for their 1-1 draw against Havant & Waterlooville.
Hannover 96 1-1 Anzhi (agg 2-4)
Thursday, February 21
Johan Djourou played the entirety of Hannover's draw at home to Anzhi. The defender will play no further part in the tournament however, as his side were defeated 4-2 on aggregate.
