James Shea was the hero as Dagenham and Redbridge beat Leyton Orient on penalties in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Wednesday. The young goalkeeper scored his own spot-kick and made a vital save from Ben Chorley to send the Daggers through to the second round.
