Germany v England (friendly), 19th November 2008, Berlin.
Theo Walcott has been forced to withdraw from the England squad to face Germany on Wednesday after dislocating his shoulder during training. A full update on Theo's injury will be available on Arsenal.com later this week.
Carlos Vela
Honduras v Mexico, 19th November 2008, Honduras.
Carlos Vela is the only international Gunner in competitive action during this international break. Sven Goran-Eriksson’s table-topping Mexico travel to second-place Honduras on Wednesday for a vital North, Central America and Caribbean Group Two clash.
Cesc Fabregas
Spain v Chile (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Villarreal.
Spain have started their World Cup 2010 qualifying campaign with a bang, racking up four wins out of four. The European champions host Chile at Villarreal’s Estadio El Madrigal on Wednesday.
Kolo Toure
Israel v Ivory Coast (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Tel-Aviv.
After comfortably topping African Zone Group Seven, Ivory Coast travel to Tel-Aviv for a tough test against against Dror Kashtan’s Israel in this friendly.
Samir Nasri, William Gallas, Gael Clichy
France v Uruguay (Friendly), 19th November 2008, St. Denis.
Three French Gunners are included in Raymond Domenech’s squad to face Uruguay at St. Denis on Wednesday night. Les Bleus have made a disappointing start to their 2010 qualifying, winning just one of their opening three matches.
Robin van Persie
Netherlands v Sweden (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Amsterdam.
After sitting out the last three Arsenal games through suspension, Robin van Persie will join up with the Dutch squad to face Sweden at the Amsterdam ArenA on Wednesday. Holland have started their qualification in emphatic fashion, winning three out of three.
Aaron Ramsey
Denmark v Wales (friendly), 19th November 2008, Copenhagen.
After some sparkling displays for Arsenal and Wales Under-21s, Aaron Ramsey has been called up to John Toshack’s senior squad for their friendly with Denmark in Copenhagen.
Alex Song
South Africa v Cameroon (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Rustenburg.
Cameroon have been drawn in the ‘group of death’ in the next round of their African qualifying campaign alongside Togo, Morocco and Gabon. Before that though, the Indomitable Lions will travel to Rustenburg to face the World Cup 2010 hosts, South Africa.
Johan Djourou
Switzerland v Finland (Friendly), 19th November 2008, St. Gallen.
Switzerland have made a solid start to their qualifying campaign so far. Otmar Hitzfeld’s have grabbed seven points from their opening four games and sit two points behind group leaders Greece. Johan Djourou, who suffered concussion on his last outing for the Swiss, could play in their friendly against Finland on Wednesday night.
Lukasz Fabianski
Ireland v Poland (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Dublin.
Lukasz Fabianski, fresh from an outstanding performance against Wigan last week, joins up with the Poland squad for their match in Dublin. The trip to the Republic of Ireland will be perfect preparation for Poland’s next World Cup qualifier, against Northern Ireland next March.
Emmanuel Adebayor
Togo v Rwanda (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Lome.
After scoring four goals in his last Togo outing, Emmanuel Adebayor has been called up for the Sparrow Hawks’ home friendly against Rwanda on Wednesday. The match is Togo’s last fixture before their World Cup qualifier against Cameroon next March.
Nicklas Bendtner
Denmark v Wales (Friendly), 19th November 2008, Brondby, Copenhagen.
Denmark’s impressive start to their qualifying campaign sees them sitting top of Group One. Morten Olsen’s side will hope to maintain their good form against Wales in Copenhagen on Wednesday night and Nicklas Bendtner is likely to start up front alongside ex-Newcastle hitman Jon Dahl-Tomasson.
