Theo Walcott and Kieran Gibbs have both been included in Stuart Pearce's squad for England's European Under-21 Championship campaign in Gothenburg. Read on for their latest exploits...
Theo Walcott, Kieran Gibbs
England 2-0 Spain, Thursday 18 June.
Theo set up England’s second goal as they cruised into the Semi-Final with a classy victory over Spain on Thursday.
The pacy winger was introduced after 62 minutes while fellow Gunner Gibbs completed another 90 minutes at left back for Pearce’s young lions.
James Milner had already seen a second-half penalty saved by Sergio Asenjo when Fraizer Campbell opened the scoring just after the hour mark.
Then, in the 73rd minute, Theo raced to the byline before finding Milner with a low cut-back. The Aston Villa man made no mistake with an emphatic finish from eight yards to secure all three points.
England will now face Germany in their final group game on Monday before their Semi-Final clash.
