Gunners take part in Arsenal Question Time

Members Q & A session

Eboue and Diaby take questions from Arsenal Members

Arsenal first team players Emmanuel Eboue and Abou Diaby enjoyed an evening with Club members yesterday, Tuesday 27th October, when they attended a Q&A session at Emirates Stadium.

An exclusive benefit for The Arsenal members, the session was hosted by Arsenal TV’s Nigel Mitchell and saw a variety of questions put to the players covering off need-to-know details including specifics of pre-match superstitions and who out of the squad takes the longest to get ready for matches – Manu Eboue was happy to enough to confess he spends the longest in front of the mirror!

Eboue said after the session: “It was really good spending an hour or with the supporters, it’s not often we get the chance to talk through our days as players for the club they all support and hear directly what they feel about recent results and of course upcoming games like the one on Saturday against Spurs! Hopefully it was a good experience for everyone that was there, and they enjoyed it as much as we did.”

Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby also commented: “It was a good night and really nice occasion to meet supporters face to face, hopefully there will be some more sessions in the near future. It’s a good chance for supporters to get the chance to find out a bit more about us and our what our hopes for the season ahead are.”

The Arsenal membership scheme offers members exclusive benefits throughout the season just like last night’s Q&A session, including access to tickets for all of Arsenal’s games - last season alone members had access to over 230,000 tickets.

Arsenal fans can sign up to The Arsenal now — from just £27 for the season — with great benefits including a ‘Wherever Forever Arsenal’ pack including a 2009/10 yearbook, exclusive DVD, wash-bag, matchday scarf, passport wallet and luggage tag.
