Trinidad & T. 0-0 Sweden

Freddie Ljungberg was left frustrated as Sweden were held by Trinidad and Tobago in their opening Group B game.
The Arsenal midfielder played a full 90 minutes but - like his team-mates - could not find a way past Shaka Hislop as the Caribbean side held on despite having Avery John sent off in the 46th minute.
Ljungberg, recovered from the foot injury which ruled him out of two warm-up matches, was an influential force throughout and set up a handful of chances for Henrik Larsson and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
At the other end, former Arsenal goalkeeper Rami Shaaban won his second international cap after Andreas Isaakson was ruled out through injury. Shaaban had little to do but did impress with a good save from Carlos Edwards' long-range shot.
